The Joomla Bible Study team is pleased to announce the stable production version of JBS 7.0.0. This very powerful tool can really empower your church website with searchable sortable study notes and multimedia content. JBS is fully customizable with detailed css files you can edit from within the component. It was designed by a pastor and maintained by a dedicated group of web servants from all over the world who desire the gospel of Jesus Christ to be presented in a dynamic form using the latest technology.

JBS 7.0.0 has a completely re-written administrative interface for Joomla 1.6 and 1.7. Version 7.0.x embraces ACL providing you with unprecidented control over who can see and edit your studies. Because there is a major change from Joomla 1.5 to 1.6, we have also written a migration component that will adjust your database. Simply install it on your 1.5 based site and backup the database, then install it on your 1.6 site and restore/migrate your tables. Then you can install the component to finish the process.
